One, product introduction

Two, the use of conditions
Power frequency voltage: 50HZ, 380V ±5% three-phase AC power supply.
Quality requirements: the water temperature is not more than +30 DEG C without corrosive water, the water containing solid impurities in the volume ratio of not more than 0.01%, particle size of no greater than 0.2 mm; the pH value of water should be in 6.5～ 8.5 between.
The electric pump shall be completely immersed in water, submerged depth of not less than 0.5 meters, no more than 5 meters.

Four, structural description
In 1, QS submersible electric pump is composed of a water pump, submersible motor is composed of two parts.
By 2, pump impeller, guide vane ( housing ), inlet, outlet section and other components. The impeller is fixed by a conical sleeve or key.
In 3, the water filling type submersible electric motor structure, cavity is filled with water, is mainly used for motor cooling and lubrication of journal bearing; the stator winding of the motor by using resistance wire, has good water resistance, rotor cage structure. The motor is provided with a water injection hole and an exhaust hole, the lower end is provided with a water hole. The motor is provided with a thrust bearing and thrust plate, mainly bear axial force and the weight of rotor pump. Rotor shaft extends into the office with rubber sand throwing apparatus and a skeleton oil seal, composed of sand body, can effectively prevent sand from entering the motor.
In five, the installation and use
1, ready to work
1) the use of the environment must be consistent with this specification condition, should not irrigation and drainage, ammonia, lime slurry water containing solid particles or high corrosive water.
2) must be recommended lift range selection.
3) check the shaft rotation is flexible, there should be no card dead.
4) open the exhaust and water plug, to the motor cavity filled with clear water. Pay attention to prevent false full, good plug, due to water leakage phenomenon.
5) with 500 to vanquish megger measuring motor must, should not be less than 50M Ω.
6) put the switch, instantaneous loading motor ( less than one second ), to see whether the steering motor and sign the same; if the contrary, replace the power supply two joint can, try to turn, must from the pump outlet to be poured into the water, the water outflow section when they start.
7) electric pump with short cable factory, electric pump cable joints shall be respectively using ordinary adhesive tape, adhesive tape, plastic d'Amiens insulating adhesive bandage, guarantee that the water can not be immersed into the joint. (cable connector method shown in Figure )
8) to ensure safety, pump before use, should install the reliable grounding cable.
9) prepare sleepers or rope, steel pipe two, lashing cable with soft wire or twine cable.
2, installation
1) electric pump installed in formation, with bamboo bundle in the electric pump is, use a tripod or near the boat near the bridge pier 's list,. Around the weeds must be removed, and must not be stuck in the mud, resulting in too high temperature rise and burn motor.
2) well installed, with a rope or cable wire rope system software on each section of water conveyance pipe. Pump found stuck, can not be forcibly pump, electric pump and the well wall to avoid locking phenomenon. Water pipe rubber pad to pad, bolt tightening uniform, to avoid the water leakage.
3) electric pump diving depth should not be too deep, the dynamic water level from 0.5 to 5 meters is appropriate.
4) electric pump must be separately installed switch and a starting protector, and other electrical devices may not be shared, and must be matched with motor power, rated current protection device rotary position shall not be arbitrarily changed, in order to prevent loss of protective effect. If not with the starting protector for use without damage to the electric pump, the factory will not be responsible for.
3, the use of
1) with 500 to vanquish megger measuring motor winding insulation resistance against ground value should not be less than 5000000000000 ohm.
2) electric pump start, observation instrument current, voltage is consistent with the nominal range, the sound operation of any abnormal and vibration. If it is not normal to should be solved in time.
3) pump operating process, we should always observe the voltage, current, flow rate, head, such as the discovery of the following circumstances should immediately stop running.
A. when rated voltage current exceeds a rated value.
B. rated head, flow is normally larger decline.
C. insulation resistance less than 500000000000 ohm.
D. intermittent water pump.
E. electric pump is a sudden audible or larger vibration.
F. protection switch tripping frequently.
4) stop is power off, restart, need to wait for 5 minutes or longer, to prevent excessive temperature rise of motor.
Six, points for attention in use
QS submersible pump is a total lift pump, should first of all in the recommended range of use, and separately using appropriate protection switch. Do not move the electric pump in operation process.
Before diving, instantaneous starting motor, steering motor to whether accord with mark read, dived into the insulation resistance shall not be less than 5000000000000 ohm.
Electric pump in operation, the current is over the rated value, flow decrease, the insulation is less than 500000000000 ohm, motor larger vibration should be down to check.
Remember well before the motor must be filled with clear water, tighten the water injection, the gas plug, or are not allowed to use.
Cable and electric pump lead connector should be reliable connection, tight seal.
Electric pump storage, first put the net inside the motor water ( water plug in electric pump bottom end ), dry surface dressing of cable, stored in a clean, non-corrosive material, room temperature not under 0 ℃is not higher than 30 ℃.
Electric pump during starting, running, stop, if there is any abnormal condition should be shut down for inspection, and actively to plant advice and contact repair.
Seven, maintenance and maintenance
1, strive for electric pump in normal operation.
In 2, the electric pump every 1000 hours of operation for a major overhaul. ( in the best manufacturers designated repair point ) maintenance project:
A, remove all parts cleaning.
B, replacing the skeleton oil seal and rubber bearing.
C, to replace the damaged parts.
