PBG shielding type pipeline pump, absorbing international shielding pump design and manufacture of advanced technology, the motor shielding technology applied in the field of transmission fluid, in order to meet the domestic market demand and the latest new product series.
PBG shielding type pipeline pump performance parameters in line with international standards and national standards of IS02858 JB/T6878.2-93 regulations. With the design specification, high degree of general-purpose, reasonable structure, stable performance, low noise, no vibration and other notable features, is an alternative to the conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps ideal.
The series of 67 varieties, 184 specifications, the performance of flow range: 6.3 ～ 1080m3/h, head of 12.5 ～ 125m, motor power 0.37～ 160kW, 1450r/min and 2900r/min speed.
Product features:
In 1, the pump has the advantages of compact structure, pump integrated, small volume. Vertical structure has small occupation space for installation, smooth operation, and installation with no need of adjustment.
2, pump inlet and outlet are designed with the same specifications flange, and is located in the same central line, can be as direct as the valve installed in the pipeline, and the center for low, piping layout, installation is very convenient.
3, pump and motor coaxial, short axial dimension, so that the pump to run more smoothly, low noise.
4, abolish the traditional seal, avoids the conveying medium leakage, therefore has no leakage characteristics.
5, sliding bearing instead of the conventional rolling bearing, so that the pump working more smoothly with low noise, vibration.
6, easy installation and maintenance, with no need to open pipeline system, just remove the connecting nut to be pulled out all the rotor parts for inspection and repair.
In 7, according to the requirement that the head of the traffic and the need for pumps in series, parallel operation mode.
Main uses:
①PBG shielding type pipeline pump general type for the transport of water and physical and chemical properties similar to other liquids with water. Medium temperature less than 80℃, applicable to industry and city water supply and drainage, pressurized water to high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler, fire booster, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and hot water circulation pressurization and ancillary equipment. Vibration noise, especially suitable for the occasions with high requirements, such as underground pump station, air conditioning and refrigeration system.
②PBG shielding type pipeline pump hot water type is mainly used for conveying temperature less than 160℃not containing solid particles softener with, applicable to energy, metallurgical, chemical, textile, papermaking and guesthouse, hotel, bathroom, hot water boiler pressurized circulating transport and city heating system circulating.
③PBG shielding type pipeline pump anti-corrosion for conveying solid particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to liquid water, used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers and other departments.
