XBD - DL series vertical multistage fire pump group
times:"Dragon" XBD - DL type pump is according to the fire department, design institute and users from all walks of investigation, and according to the characteristics of fire engineering development of new products. Structure for the single suction of the pump, multi-stage, segmented structure, suction is located in the section, the water in horizontal direction, nozzles located in water section in the horizontal direction. Rotating direction of the pump, looking down from the prime mover end, for counter-clockwise.
This pump is the most suitable for high-rise buildings and residential buildings, hotels, and various other buildings of fire protection engineering. The pump head selection range: the rated flow from 10 l/s - 80 l/s, rated outlet pressure from 0.28 ~ 2.67 MPa.
The pump model significance:
Structure:
XBD - DL - the main parts of the pump are: water, middle, and the water paragraph, impeller, diffuser, and the water period of guide vane, shaft, sealing ring, balance, balance the drum set, bearings, bushings, connections, etc.
The structure and working principle is as follows:
1) water period, middle, guide vane, water guide vane, effluent paragraph are made from cast iron, together form the studio of the pump.
2) impeller for bronze, with leaf, along the axial liquid into the unilateral, due to the pressure before and after impeller, there must be axial force and the axial force to be borne by the balancing drum, and the rest of the small residual axial force by centripetal thrust ball bearings at the top of the shaft. 3) axis of conditioning treatment for the stainless steel, in the middle with the impeller, with keys, collar and sleeves screw nuts on the shaft. One end of the shaft coupling installation components, and motor direct connection.
4) balance drum, balance disc for cast iron chrome, component balance device, wear can be replaced.
5) collar for bronze, shaft seal for mechanical seal, the balance of indoor pressure water lubrication and cooling, shaft seal for packing seal, effluent on the period of 3/8 'hose joints, used in the stuffing in the leakage of water discharge through the hose to the ditch, to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area.
6) to ensure the pump when the long park still can start quickly, after impeller parts such as bronze, collar, balance of the chrome plated.
7) packing seal role, to prevent leakage of liquid. Packing seal by packing in the packing box, the packing gland, packing ring and packing and so on, a small amount of high pressure water flow into the packing room in water. Packing degree of tightness must be appropriate, do not press too tight nor too loose, the liquid can drip leakage shall prevail, if the packing is too tight, collar easy fever, power consumption at the same time, the packing is too loose, due to the liquid flow.
